What you need 1. 1 teaspoon of Borax 2. Hot water 3. 2 teaspoon of water 4. One wooden popsicle stick 5. 1 clear plastic cup 6. 1 clear dropper 7. Coloring (any) 8. 1 squeeze bottle 9. Measuring spoons (teaspoon) Steps  put the PVA glue in 10 mls into the plastic cups. Next put 2 teaspoons of water into the glue and one drop of food dye into the glue. Then stir it up with the stirring stick and put the borax in with hot in the squeeze bottle and shake it up. Then grab the dropper and drop one or two drops of borax into the mixture and mix it up until it is the consistency that you want it to be. Then play with it but wash your hands after and put it into a ziplock plastic bag.
