Hello,                                                 This week we had cycle safety. What we learnt at cycle safety was how to ride safely on the road. When we were doing cycle safety I learnt some things that I didn’t know before like how to drive past parked cars and that if you bike on a pathway you will get a $55 fine to pay the police. Also how to check if you have a good helmet and all the checks that you have to do such as your brakes, bolts, the air in your tires and your chain but you say it as ABBC. Hello my name is Alia and I live with my mum & Dad But he went to war and my 2 siblings Nandor and Kareem and we live in South Sudan and this is of my family live in one tent so it is pretty squishy and also very hot. I and Kareem share the same best friends Sammy and Amani and they live in a Refuge camp like us we always play together. When we get Washed we have to walk a while to find the water and we have to have a real quick wash because it has to last a while. I and Kareem never fight we are basically just like bet friends. Kareem and I friends we always play Donegal knuckle bones there the best games ever. We have really nice people called Caritas and they always give us food and blankets and necessary things. When Kareem and I Are older we want to help mum and dad by finding more food and water so that Nandor can have more food and water and for the other families. Hello on Tuesday we had started Korfball Korfball is a mixture of netball and basketball it is a really fun game so that is why I am going to tell you about it today. On the first day of Korfball, we learnt a few of the rules like how girls can’t defend boys and that you can’t move with the ball and you also didn't have to learn how to like how to shoot one day and then how to move around the other we just got to play all together on the first day. We had done Korfball from Tuesday to Thursday. On the first two days, we had this guy teach us called Youri and he had told us that a new guy was coming the next day and then the new guy told us that he was Youri but he had just woke up smaller and was wearing a beanie and we were all rolling with it. The rules to Korfball is that girls can’t defend boys, you can’t shoot when someone is blocking you, no contact, no kicking the ball and lastly this isn't really a rule but if you do good defending then you get to have the ball...

This week we started reading the book explorer the author is katherine Rundell. The characters in it is Max, Con, Lida, Fred . They were in a aeroplane accident the pilot had a heart attack and then they had crashed into a forest and then here plan had set on fire if I was them I would be frightened and scared then these boshes started  started talking to them. If you were thinking of getting the book explorer i would suggest it but I haven't read the hole book from the part that my class and I have read  I would rate it 8 out out of ten I hope you enjoy reading the book if you are .I have a question for you If you were in         

My Week highlights This week I went to Australia so I wasn't at school that much now what you will hear is a bit about my trip to Australia and the bites that I was at school so if you want to find out what I did this week keep on reading. Hello on the 1st of March we had swimming sports. In swimming sports, I did freestyle backstroke and breaststroke. I don't really know what place I came but I did not go to zones. I really enjoy swimming sports every year even though I don't get into Zones. In swimming sports the first people to go was the year five boys then the year 5 girls did the year 6 boys in the year 6 girls and that was my turn. I was really nervous because I wanted to try my best, but then I realized it's not about winning it's about having fun and then it made me feel more confident about myself. I really enjoy swimming sports and I look forward to it every year and every year gets better and better and I really look forward to it next year. Thank you Rose

Hello everyone on Wednesday we had Science in a van come over. The people who did science in a van was Alan and Emily they were all so funny but I think the funniest was definitely Steve the chicken he got to fly up a rope three times by using a bottle of water just water and it was all about  Forces and motions and they had attached steve to a plastic bottle with water in it  and they had also attached it to a bike pump and then they I was verypumped and it created  funny they would chose helpers but I didn't get chosen but I didn't care it was super fun watch them anyway Mr Grant was a helper ,Amelia, Eamon and Ryan.
